Unbroken Heart Tour Ignites Southwest Alabama: A Day of Faith, Music, and Forgiveness

"And be ye kindone to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you." – Ephesians 4:32

"Behold, howgood and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!"– Psalms 133:1 (KJV)

The second stop of Dr. Victoria "Tori Tellem's” Unbroken Heart Tour was nothing short of extraordinary. On this leg of the journey, the Foundations of Faith Missions International (FOFMI) team traveled to Southwest Alabama to be part of the 19th Annual Unity Walk hosted by KCC, where the theme of the day was forgiveness.

As the tour bus pulled onto the grounds of the venue, the team was greetedby the beautiful sight of the park’s immaculate lawns and a striking fountain, setting the tone for a day filled with inspiration, unity, and music. The air was thick with excitement as the crowd eagerly awaited the performances, and it was clear that something special was about to unfold.

Anointed Artists, Unforgettable Moments

The festivities kicked off with a dynamic performance by Roz B.,who energized the crowd with her hits "Every Nation" and "Jessie," setting the stage for the powerful lineup to come. Following her, Dr. Danny and a group of enthusiastic youngpeople showcased their stylish Tori Tellem Gear (www.ToriTellem.com), further building the energy of the day.

Then, the moment everyone had been waiting for arrived—Tori Tellem herself took the stage, and the crowd erupted in cheers! With her signature style and heartfelt message, Tori Tellem delivered a soul-stirring performance that resonated deeply with everyone in attendance. Christian rapper Sky, a returning artist on the tour, followed with his hit song “Deposit.” Sky emphasized the importance of trusting God even in trials, reminding the audience, “Pleasure ain’t worth the pain.”

Music That Changes Lives

In a touching moment during the event, Tori Tellem took time to honor herfather, Apostle Doc, with a special birthday song and a fewencouraging words that left the audience inspired and uplifted.

The afternoon was full of memorable highlights, including a powerfulperformance by Mikki High singing "His Love," and abeautiful presentation from Dr. Zoe, Curator for the AlabamaBiblical Arts Museum (www.ABAMCenter.com), showcasing some of the stunning artwork that will soon be on displayat the museum. This brief glimpse into the museum’s offerings was a reminder of the deep connection between faith and art, and the incredible talent within the
faith community.

The Interfaith University Pep Squad(www.InterfaithU.net) also electrified the event with an engagingpep rally that stressed the value of sound doctrine and a strong biblical foundation. Their infectious enthusiasm was a perfect lead-in to Mr. A.Jarrell, who electrified the crowd with his performance of "MySeason," and the incomparable Ms. Lavish, who closed theevent with an amazing performance, sharing her powerful testimony through music.

After their performances and during later interviews, reflecting on hismusic journey, Jarrell shared:

"Honestly, this is a personal thing for me. I tried to start music my own way, went the secular route, and went the wrong way. God called me on stage and told me, ‘Son, what you doing for the kingdom? These are the gifts that I granted you. What are you doing to bring people into the kingdom?’"

Speaking on the role of music in bridging generational and cultural gapswithin the church, Ms. Lavish stated:

“Music is sound, and we serve a God that’s a God of sound. When wepreach, sing, or rap the Word, it creates change in people because God created things by words. It’s important that I stay in a positive lifestyle and preach the Word to bridge the gap and bring young people closer to God.”

Sky also reflected on his music’s impact, noting:

"I see people coming to Christ. Every word is a seed that we down pour into the audience."
